ESTC was born from a simple yet powerful belief that every organization deserves access to world-class training that drives real meaningful, memorable and measurable results. In 2016, I founded this company with a vision to assist organizations achieve and maintain outstanding customer experiences in East Africa Region and beyond.

What started as a small consultancy has grown into trusted partner for over 20 organizations across the region where we have trained over 5000 participants. Our success is nor measured by the number of training sessions we deliver, but by the lasting impact we create in the people and organizations we serve.

I am particularly proud of the partnership we have with Isuzu East Africa Limited for the past 9 years. Isuzu EA is has maintained the number one position in the Motor Industry in East Africa for over 12 years. We are happy to be associated with training of their teams in expertise of winning and retaining enthusiastic customers over the years by selling solutions.
